Veggie Soup
Cut and mince every ingredient including carrots, basil, zucchini, bell peppers and bok choy.
7 carrots
5 zucchini
5 leaves of basil
1 head of bok choy
5 red bell peppers
Put all ingredients in pot and add water to fill half the pot. Stir and warm.
Dry and store carrot tops to add to soups as flavor and as garnish.
Nasturtiums also dry and flavor soups well.
