Chile-Tomato Stew
2 large tomatoes
4 large green chile
3 leaves of brussel sprouts
1 Tsp of olive oil
1 cup water
Chop tomatoes into tiny pieces.
Chop green chile into tiny pieces.
Blend all with 3 leaves of brussel sprouts and the two other ingredients. After all blended, add one spoon of olive oil. Add one cup of boiling water to the stew mix and stir for one minute.
