Carrot and Bean Pot
Cook dry beans with plenty of water.
Saute carrots in olive oil.
Drain beans when soft. Add sautéed carrots. Cook for 10 minutes.
Drop basil leaves in pot, simmer lightly for 5 minutes.
Puree blackberries and add a dollop to top of bowl of bean and carrot pot.
